JL Design Builders & Renovations, Inc maintains a Builders and Plumbing license in North and South Carolina along with an electrical license in South Carolina. We maintain all bonds and carry full worker’s compensation and general liability insurance which will cover all subs. We have received certification training for the EarthCraft green building program and completed the first house in the upstate that was remodeled to EarthCraft standards.

Several of our projects have been featured in publications and all our work is performed to the highest standards with the latest technology.

Interior design services are included with all new custom built homes, or you can call us just for Interior Design help with your home. 

*Home Inspections*  

Home Inspections include a detailed book with pictures describing our findings.

  Full time plumber on staff.
