Litia K Wellmon

Litia Wellmon (originally from Wisconsin) moved to South Carolina after college and never looked back. She graduated from Iowa State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics. After coordinating the design and construction on her own home she realized what her true calling was. After buying into ownership of an interior design firm she spent the next 5 years working in hospitality, healthcare, and residential interior design. Here she worked with some of the areas largest and leading industry to design and build projects ranging from $1,000,000.00 to $50,000,000.00. Litia credits this experience with giving her the skills to be at the front end of the residential market today. Litia's credentials also include a SC Real Estate License, completion of the Estimating Institute of America’s estimating program, licensed dietitian, board member of the Children's Advocacy Center for six years, and mother of two wonderful children.
